I joined the Women Returners team from the outset in 2014, passionate about helping senior professionals get back to work after a career break.
I have coached women, and increasingly men, in their journey back to work by supporting them in regaining their professional identity based on their strengths and experience, setting themselves up for success and making the most out of whatever opportunity is opened to them. I am immensely proud of the number of returners we have helped get back to a successful career.
Women Returners is an organisation which has been successfully working with returners, pioneering returner programmes in the UK with Top FTSE250 client organisations. The mission is to bring about social change, enabling those who have taken extended career breaks, for a range of reasons, to secure professional level roles.
